Accounts Clerk (part time)
The College is looking to appoint an Accounts Clerk on a part time basis one day per week or 2 half days per week to assist the College Manager. Please read the job description for this position. Trades Norwest looks for experienced teachers to faciilitate student learning in our innovative integrated approach to senior studies. The College has a unique alternative learning environment that caters to the learning styles of students in Years 10, 11 and 12 who are engaging in school-based apprenticeships while completing their final years of schooling in a more adult style learning environment.
The learning materials are developed for delivery through an online learning platform that allows for self-paced progression.
The right person to join our team will be capable of working in a highly collaborative team, practised in problem solving using reflective practices and who is excited to be able to see rapid personal and academic growth in the students at our College.
This position will interest those who enjoy working with senior students and who are flexible in their teaching approach in order to develop interesting and challenging online materials in order to facilitate student learning in integrated units of work that span several subject areas. Experience in the areas of Mathematics, or Science, or PDHPE would be an advantage in adding to the expertise of the enthusiasitc teaching team at Trades Norwest. Experience in using the Canvas online learning platform would also be an advantage.
